Harley Street is a well known street in the London because of it's association since the 19th century with private specialists in medicine and surgery.

Today, there are more than 3,000 people employed in the Harley Street area, in clinics, medical and paramedical practices, and hospitals such as The London Clinic.

Doctors were originally attracted to the area by the development of commodious housing and central proximity to the important railway stations of Paddington, Kings Cross, St Pancras, Euston and, later, Marylebone.

To get there from the Americana; turn left as you leave the Americana and walk down to the Marylebone Road. Cross over the road and walk to the left. You will cross over Baker Street and pass Westminster University before you get to Harley Street. It will be on your right about 800 mtrs from the hotel.
