The O2 Arena "The Worlds most Popular Venue" is just a few steps from North Greenwich underground station.

The Dome was built to house the Millennium Dome Experience it has now been converted into a large entertainment  complex that includes an indoor arena, a music club, an exhibition space, piazzas, bars and restaurants.

There is always something going on there and the Arena is used for major concert tours and sporting events.

For the Olympics in 2012, the Arena will be hosting Gymnastics, the Basketball finals and Wheelchair Basketball during the Paralympic Games.

To get to the O2 Arena from the Americana; take the Jubilee Line southbound from Baker Street to North Greenwich. The Arena is a few steps from the station. The journey time is 24 minutes from Baker Street.

North Greenwich is in Zone 3; so if you are buying a Travel Card you will need one for Zones 1 to 4
