Online bookings:
Once you've completed your Hotel booking online you'll go to a confirmation screen. This shows your complete itinerary with our billing and cancellation policies. We recommend that you print the itinerary and keep it for your records.

A confirmation email with details of your booking will be sent to the email address you provided when booking.

Bookings made over the phone:
If you have made a booking over the phone, you will be expected to provide a contact telephone number and if you want a confirmation email to be sent you will have to ask and provide an the email address when you speak to our reception desk.

Confirmation emails:
The email will contain your booking reference(s) and itinerary. Please print your confirmation email before you travel.

If you haven’t received an email from us before, please ensure that you have added our address to your “safe” list so that your inbox recognises our mail and doesn’t automatically delete your confirmation email.

Most email accounts offer a mail filter service to protect you from junk mail. These can occasionally mistakenly filter legitimate messages. We therefore also advise that you also change your filter settings to allow our mail through.

Please allow an hour after booking for delivery of your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email after this time, check your junk/spam/bulk email folders. If the confirmation email is not there, then please contact us on +44 (0) 20-7723 1452 and enquire.
